Cooking instructions
For the accompanying spiced apple juice glass
- Shake together the spiced apple juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
- Strain twice and pour into rock glass with cubed ice.
For the Grey Goose poison bottle
- Infuse 2 sprigs of lemon thyme with one bottle of Grey Goose. Soak at approximately 40°C for 3-4 hours.
- Pour into the 'poison bottle' and tie with ribbon to rock glass.
