Start by preparing your pizza dough, recipe here

Take one dough ball and place onto a hard surface that’s been dusted with flour and semolina

Push down on the dough with your hands and stretch out into an even round flat shape. Do not touch the edges too much, as they need to remain thicker to form a crust

Place your pizza base onto a pizza baking tray (10-12 inches)

Spread the tomato passata over the base and top evenly with generous slices of mozzarella

Cook the pizza in the oven at 220C for 8-12 minutes, until the crust is crisp & golden

Decorate with whole basil leaves

Brush the crust with olive oil and enjoy!
