Cooking instructions

For the vinaigrette:

  1. Mix together vinegar plus salt, and mix until dissolved.
  2. Add both oils and mix until it binds together.
  3. Add agave and stir.

For the salad:

  1. Combine all remaining ingredients and split onto 2 plates.
  2. Pour the dressing over each salad, and check seasoning.
