Method

1. Muddle the Carta Oro, 1 fresh blackberry, 1 orange wheel slice, sage leaves and maple syrup with crushed ice into Hi-Ball glass.

For the garnish

1. Push the remaining orange wheel slice against inside rim of the glass.
2. Place fresh blackberry in the centre.
3. Add straw.
