Cooking instructions
- Soak your chicken fillets in the buttermilk overnight.
- Combine the crushed cornflakes and cornflour, then stir in the onion, paprika, ginger and garlic powders.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat in your chicken flour mix.
- Fry in vegetable oil until slightly golden then bake for 5 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees celsius.
- For the dipping sauce, mix together your mayo and sriracha for a spicy kick!
- Garnish with spring onions and jalapeños, get dipping and enjoy.
