Ingredients:
- Tuna loin 200g
- Spring onion 20g
- Soy sauce - dash
- Chilli and garlic paste 20g
- Sesame oil - dash
- Japanese mayonnaise - 1 tbspn
- Wonton wraps
Directions:
- Dice the tuna into small cubes
- Chop spring onion
- Add the tuna, spring onion, soy sauce, chilli and garlic paste and Japanese mayonnaise and mix
- Deep fry the wonton wraps until golden
- Divide the tuna mix into 4 portions, plate up and serve with wonton crisps on the side.
