christmas martini cocktail recipe

These Christmas cocktail recipes are perfect for serving at any Christmas or festive party.

 

Christmas Martini

Ingredients:

- 50ml Christmas vodka*
- 12.5ml Amaretto
- 1 tsp Gingerbread syrup
- 2 dashes of orange bitters

*Christmas Vodka (makes 1 bottle):

- Zest of half an orange
- 4 cloves
- 1/3 cinnamon stick
- 1 slice of fresh ginger
- Half a grated nutmeg
- 15ml maple syrup

 

Garnish:

- Flamed orange zest
- Candy cane

 

Glass:

- Martini glass

 

Directions:

- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass
- Stir with ice for a while, as if you are making a very wet martini
- Pour from a low height into a frozen martini glass
- Flame an orange zest over the drink then discard
- Hang candy cane on the rim of the glass

 

Mrs. Claus Martini

Ingredients:

- 50 ml Mrs. Claus Mix*
- 37.5ml cream
- 37.5ml milk

*Mrs. Claus Mix:

- 1 bottle Chambord
- 1 bottle Kahlua
- 1 bottle Amaretto

 

Garnish:

- Red edible glitter and red tea dust snowflake

 

Glass:

- Martini glass

 

Directions:

- Add all ingredients to mixing glass
- Fine strain into a frozen martini glass
- Add garnish snowflake

 

Santa's Little Helper

Ingredients:

- 50ml Energy Vodka (frozen)
- 125ml Cold milk
- 25ml Cinnamon syrup

*Energy Vodka:

Add the following to bottles of vodka:

- Goji berries
- Acai powder
- gurana and ginseng tablets

 

Garnish:

- Carrot and mini mince pie
- Red and white straw

 

Directions:

- Add all ingredients to a boston glass and shake hard with ice
- Fine strain into a milk bottle
- place bottle on saucer
- Add straw
- Put small carrot and mini mince pie on saucer, either side of bottle
