Harrods, the world’s leading luxury department store, has today unveiled an exceptional menu for its collaboration in Shanghai with Gordon Ramsay which will be found at The Residence, Harrods’ first private members club globally, located in HKRI Taikoo Hui Cha House.

The ‘Gordon Ramsay at The Residence Shanghai’ menu incorporates local flavours and ingredients while staying true to Gordon Ramsay’s approach to creating modern interpretations of British classics. Highly anticipated dishes will include lobster and salmon ravioli, a heritage tomato tart, turbot with a champagne caviar sauce, wagyu Rossini with foie gras, and Gordon’s take on the quintessentially British fish and chips.
