Read our Terms & Conditions for restaurant bookings or for gifts & experiences voucher purchases.

STREET PIZZA LOYALTY CARD

Street Pizza Reward consists of either: Bottomless pizza for one at Southwark, Liverpool, Battersea or St Paul's.

Any upgrades, drinks or sides will incur additional costs.

Street Stamp loyalty cards are valid for 365 days after issue.

Stamps are not automatically added to your wallet. Please ask your waiter/waitress to add that for you.

Your Street Reward is redeemable at all Street Burger and Street Pizza venues and for in store orders only.

Only one redemption per visit, per day, is permitted. Street Stamp loyalty cards must be used in full on one visit.

One Street Stamp / Street Reward per person: separate stamp cards cannot be merged.

Completed Street Stamp reward card must be shown upon redemption.

Rewards earned upon completion of stamp card have a 12-month validity period.

Rewards may not be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer and there is no cash alternative available in this case.

All stored rewards must be used within the validity period, extensions will not be permitted.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept Street Rewards which we believe have been already redeemed.

All final decisions are at the discretion of the restaurant team. Street Stamp loyalty cards and Street Rewards are not transferable for other products or for change/cash.

Gordon Ramsay Street Burger and Gordon Ramsay Street Pizza may suspend or terminate the promotion at their discretion.

VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS 

  1. All Gordon Ramsay Restaurants vouchers are to be redeemed in UK Restaurants only.
  2. All postage of vouchers is to UK addresses only. Please allow up to 7 days for Royal Mail first class delivery
  3. All vouchers are valid for 10 months from the date of sale (EXCLUDES BLACK FRIDAY AND CYBER MONDAY VOUCHERS), unless otherwise stated on limited edition vouchers. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the stated 10 month validity period.
  4. All vouchers must be booked in advance.
  5. Vouchers cannot be used on certain holidays such as Christmas Day or New Year's Day or certain promotional days such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, Easter Weekend. Please check when booking.
  6. Vouchers used on set menus available during promotional periods such as the Festive season (November and December) will be subject to a supplement, payable on the day. This information is contained within the product description when purchasing. Please ask when booking. 
  7. Vouchers for experiences (set menus, masterclasses etc) cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or government incentive. 
  8. Reservations are subject to availability, at our discretion. Please call the telephone number specified on the restaurant’s home page to make your reservation. Purchase of a voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation.
  9. Vouchers must be presented by the bearer on arrival (printed copy or via smart phone) at the relevant restaurant and must be mentioned when booking.
  10. Vouchers purchased for experiences can be exchanged for the experience detailed on the voucher or for goods and services up to the value of that experience. 
  11. Vouchers for masterclasses are only valid with a booking and no admittance shall be permitted for persons without a booking. Masterclasses have extremely limited availability during our peak season in November and December. 
  12. Vouchers can be used as full or part payment on goods and services at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants in the UK. Purchases made with vouchers are not refundable in cash - vouchers can only be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.
  13. Experience vouchers, where applicable, include a cover charge, however any items ordered in addition to the experience e.g drinks or side dishes, are not included and will be payable on the day. A 15% discretionary service charge will also be applied to your experience or meal on the day.
  14. Vouchers are not refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.
  15. Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full. Where vouchers are dispatched by email, risk will pass to the customer when the email is sent and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full.
  16. The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

For website or technical queries regarding your purchase, shopping cart or receiving the vouchers via email/post please email guestrelations@gordonramsay.com - please note this is technical assistance only, you cannot make a booking via these details. If you have opted to receive your voucher via email, please check your junk folder if you do not receive an email notification.
  19. For the avoidance of doubt, the term ‘voucher’ as used in these terms and conditions refers only to vouchers purchased directly from the Gordon Ramsay Restaurants website (www.gordonramsayrestaurants.com) and include monetary vouchers, experience meal vouchers and experience day vouchers.
  20. Experience vouchers do not include drinks, wine pairings, additional dishes or 15% service charge, unless otherwise stated. Additional extras/items will be payable on the day. 
  21. Gordon Ramsay Restaurants vouchers are not accepted at Gordon Ramsay Burger at Harrods.

BOOKINGS 

To book your Gordon Ramsay Restaurants voucher or experience, please contact the respective restaurant directly via phone, or make your booking online noting your individual voucher code. Please ensure you bring your voucher with you, printed or via your smartphone, to present to the restaurant teams on the day.

Online bookings can be made here via our website or directly with the restaurant.

If you have a masterclass voucher (e.g cocktail or culinary masterclass experiences), please contact our dedicated Experiences team on 0207 592 7970 to confirm your booking with your voucher code.

REFUND POLICY

Should you be unhappy with your vouchers, please return them to us within seven (7) days of receipt and we will provide a full refund.

To request a refund, please call 0207 592 7954 to report the problem and then post the vouchers to:

The refund would be made to the card used for payment and for the full amount stated, including the postage and packaging.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Guest cancellations of meal experiences and monetary voucher bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of that restaurant; guests may be charged a cancellation fee.  Where a voucher has not been used due to the cancellation of a booking, the voucher remains valid until used or expired.

Experience vouchers cancelled by customers less than 4 weeks before a booked experience day shall be forfeited with no right to refund or exchange.

In the unlikely event a booked experience day is cancelled by the company the experience voucher shall remain valid and the company will make every endeavour to rebook the experience day at a mutually convenient time within the next 12 months. Where a booking cannot be re-arranged the experience voucher can be used in exchange for goods and services up to the face value of the voucher at a Gordon Ramsay Restaurant in the UK (subject to voucher expiry and reservation at the restaurant).

The company cannot be held liable for any travel or accommodation costs in relation to a cancellation and experience day vouchers that are not rebooked or exchanged for goods and service shall be forfeited.


KIDS EAT FREE IN SELECTED GORDON RAMSAY RESTAURANTS

Our Kids Eat Free offer is only available for children up to 8 years old. Free kids meal(s) from the set children's menu only. Not available in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount - this includes Set Menus. Available at selected UK restaurants onlyPlease note the kids eat free offer is unavailable at weekends at selected locations. Please call to check before booking to avoid any disappointment. One child per adult ordering off of the A La Carte menu.
