What's Your Poison? Cocktail

Cooking instructions

For the accompanying spiced apple juice glass

1. Shake together the spiced apple juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
2. Strain twice and pour into rock glass with cubed ice. 

For the Grey Goose poison bottle

1. Infuse 2 sprigs of lemon thyme with one bottle of Grey Goose. Soak at approximately 40°C for 3-4 hours.
2. Pour into the 'poison bottle' and tie with ribbon to rock glass.
