Ingredients
- 35ml chilli infused Bombay Sapphire
- 15ml coriander cordial
- Top tonic water
- 60ml cool shot glass
Cooking instructions
- Build ingredients into a stemmed beer glass
- Place 4 slices of deseeded red chilli
- Add 6 coriander leaves
- Blend fresh apple and mint till smooth into a glass milk jug
- Garnish: place a skewered roasted padron pepper on the top of the drink
