Salt Foam Margarita

Ingredients

Margarita:

Salt Foam Garnish:

Cooking instructions

Margarita:

  1. Add lime juice and agave syrup to Boston glass
  2. Make sure all agave is dissolved in the lime juice, then add tequila
  3. Shake hard with ice then fine strain into a chilled cactus glass
  4. Add salt foam garnish (see below)

Salt Foam:

  1. Mix all ingredients and add to a creamer
  2. Add 1 ice cube to the creamer, seal, then shake the creamer until you can't hear the ice cube any longer
  3. Charge with 2 gas bulbs
  4. Spray onto top of margarita
  5. Keep creamer chilled in fridge until next required
