Saint’s Cobbler
Ingredients
- 25ml mescal
- 10ml lime juice
- 10ml Chambord
- 15ml Gassac Rose
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- Dash soda water
Cooking instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice
- Stir and pour into a glass
- Top with crushed ice
- Garnish with mint
