Rum Runner
Ingredients
- 25ml Bacardi Carta Oro
- 20ml Bacardi 8-Year Old dark rum
- 10ml Wray and Nephew rum
- 2 x dash Angostura Bitters
- 15ml raspberry syrup
- 50ml pineapple juice
- 15ml lime juice
- 1 raspberry / 1 slice of pineapple
Cooking instructions
- Put all the liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker, top with ice and shake well
- Fill a tall glass with crushed ice and strain the mixture in
- Garnish your cocktail with a slice of pineapple and a raspberry (held in place using a cocktail stick)
