Michelada Cocktail
Ingredients
For Bloody Mary Mix:
Makes approx. 500ml
- 2 Shallots finely diced
- 15 Olives
- 75ml lemon juice
- 75ml orange juice
- 50ml honey
- 35ml Tabasco
- 150ml Worcestershire sauce
- salt
- pepper
For one Michelada:
- 50ml HSK Bloody Mary Mix
- 1/2 Pint Sambrooks Pale Ale
- Dash lime juice
Serve in salt rimmed tankard
Cooking instructions
For Bloody Mary Mix:
- Blend all ingredients together.
For Michelada:
- Combine Bloody Mary Mix and Sambrooks Pale Ale in the salt rimmed tankard.
- Add lime juice to taste.
