Light Me Up Cocktail
Ingredients
- 35ml Bombay Sapphire gin
- 10ml Cherry Heering
- 25ml grapefruit sherbet
- 20ml lime juice
- 10g sugar
- 2 dash cherry bitters
- 1 egg white
- 1 light up ice-cube
For garnish
- Fresh cherries
Cooking instructions

Combine all the ingredients into a hi-ball glass.

Double shake with cocktail shaker.

Garnish with cherries and light up ice cube.
