Hummus with charred sourdough
Ingredients
- 4 tins of chickpeas
- 85ml olive oil
- 85ml rapeseed oil
- 125ml vegetable oil
- 1.5 garlic cloves
- 45g tahini
- 15g salt
- 5-10 slices of sourdough bread
Cooking instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Pop the mixed ingredients into a food processor (do this in two/three batches depending on the size of the processor).
- Blend for 7-8 minutes until you reach a smooth consistency.
- Place the sourdough on a chargrill for a minute each side.
- Serve & enjoy with all your friends and family!
