Buttermilk chicken fillets with hot sauce

Cooking instructions

  1. Soak your chicken fillets in the buttermilk overnight.
  2. Combine the crushed cornflakes and cornflour, then stir in the onion, paprika, ginger and garlic powders.
  3. Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat in your chicken flour mix.
  4. Fry in vegetable oil until slightly golden then bake for 5 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees celsius. 
  5. For the dipping sauce, mix together your mayo and sriracha for a spicy kick!
  6. Garnish with spring onions and jalapeños, get dipping and enjoy.
