Blood, Sweat and Fears Cocktail

For the cocktail:

Blood Orange Jelly Garnish:

Cooking instructions

For the jelly:

  1. Heat up liqueur, water, sugar and agar whisking all together over heat.

  2. Bring to boil, whisking throughout.

  3. Once boiling, take off the heat and sieve out any remaining lumps of agar.

  4. Leave in fridge in container to set.

  5. Once set, put in a food processor and blend. 

  6. Dip martini glass into mix.

  7. If the blended jelly is too thick, add water slowly whilst blending to thin.

For the cocktail:

  1. Add all cocktail ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.

  2. Double strain into the chilled martini glass with Blood Orange Jelly set on the rim.
