Bircher Muesli

Cooking instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  2. Leave to soak for around 2-3 hours (or overnight) before serving.
  3. Divide between 4 bowls and top with a few extra seeds, flaked almonds and goji berries to serve, alternatively top with fresh seasonal fruits or an extra drizzle of maple syrup. 

Tip: For a vegan breakfast, use a plant-based milk and syrup, otherwise non-vegans can use any dairy milk and honey instead.
