Beet Me To The Finnish
Ingredients
- 30ml Finlandia Vodka
- Fresh Ginger
- 20ml Aperol
- 30ml Beetroot and Apple Juice
- 10ml Lemon Juice
Cooking instructions
- Muddle the ginger, add Aperol, beetroot and apple juice, lemon juice and vodka, shake and fine strain over ice in a tall glass.
- Top with soda.
- Garnish with a green apple fan.
